Re: Elliot Lee
So he's so good he went on loan to Luton and did so well Barnsley picked him up.

Sounds like we've really missed the boat here, bit like when Shevchenko was on trial with us or ipswich passing up on Gazza when he was a kid

Quality that has been stifled and stunted by Sam's inability to see past his own shortcomings as a footballer

Re: Elliot Lee
The boy's got some class. He's chosen his Luton squad number as 38 in tribute to Dylan Tombides.

Re: Elliot Lee
It's too early to write him off. Our Dev squad has been pretty dysfunctional for a while now so may be a bit harsh to judge based on performances there. If he has had an attitude problem let's hope he's growing up a bit and proves himself at Luton.

I hope he doesn't get injured...trust me, Luton and Dunstable Hospital A & E takes an age to get seen.....especially if you're wearing a football kit!

Re: Elliot LEE
Sure he is not able to function at our level.
He failed to develop in the development squad.like most of our youth internationals.

This says toe that our systems and processes are not good enough.

No, Joey O'Brien was a much better player to bring on when you desperately need a goal.

Re: Elliot LEE
Hope he helps The Hatters get auto promotion!

Took em ages to get back into the league. Lee must be a success at this level surely.

Was this always on the cards and that's why Lee wasn't brought on against West Brom?

Re: Elliot LEE
As much as i like Carlton, and i do. I know the other players do not rate him at all. It was the same wgen Maiga was there, they thought he was shit. It muat be hard for many of them to fathom not giving youth a chance when youre prepared to play people who arent that good.

I know that I cant understand it.

Re: Elliot LEE
John Still is manager at Luton now I think. Probably has some links with West Ham.

A lad from my son's youth team is also on loan at Luton (from Bournemouth) and seems to be enjoying a run in the team.. Sink or swim for Lee. It's up to him.
